I developed this program because I wanted to empower as many people as I could to grow in authority. I spent many years of my 20+ year career in strategic communications working directly with executives to help them grow in influence and authority, including at one of the largest Christian humanitarian organizations in the world and now as the founder and principal of LeadTrue. This program offers not only my experiences and insights from working in this area, but also applies my strategic approach from casting a vision to bringing it to life.
